# Site Terms of Use

> How to use this site, what published price ranges mean, what is not an offer, and which law governs.

Source: https://ocrv.info/legal/terms

Reading this site means accepting the terms below. They are short because the site does one job. It describes repair work, explains how the shop prices that work, and gives a way to start a conversation. Nothing on the site completes a transaction. No account is created, no money changes hands, and no repair is scheduled by clicking anything. A person who does not accept these terms should stop reading and contact the shop directly at info@ocrvcenter.com instead.

The most important term is about numbers. This site publishes price ranges for many kinds of repair because a reader deserves a sense of scale before making a call. Those ranges are estimate bands. They are built from posted labor rates and typical parts content for the work described. They are not quotes, and nobody should treat a band as a promise of what a specific vehicle will cost. Everything else below follows from that same idea of setting expectations honestly.

## The Site Is Informational

Every page here is written to inform a decision, not to form a contract. Descriptions of repair procedures explain how the shop approaches a class of damage in general. They are not instructions for anyone to follow at home, and they are not a diagnosis of a particular vehicle. A sidewall delamination on one coach and a sidewall delamination on another can require completely different work once the panel comes off. The site cannot know which case a reader has.

The shop keeps this content current, but repair practice moves, parts get superseded, and material costs shift. A page written some months ago may describe an approach the shop has since refined. Where a page and a written estimate disagree, the written estimate governs. Where a page and the posted rate sheet at the counter disagree, the posted rate sheet governs. The site is the map, and the estimate is the territory.

## Price Ranges, Posted Rates, and What Creates a Binding Number

Posted labor rates are the backbone of every number on this site. Body and paint labor bills at $210 per hour. Mechanical and electrical labor bills at $260 per hour. Diagnostic time bills at $285 per hour with a one hour minimum. Detail labor bills at $95 per hour. Parts carry a 100 percent markup at or under $100 and a 35 percent markup above $100. Sales tax of 7.75 percent applies to parts and materials, and labor is not taxed. A published range is those inputs applied to a typical job of the type described.

A range is not an offer and cannot be accepted. A binding number exists only after the vehicle is inspected at the shop and a written estimate is issued for that vehicle. Collision estimates are complimentary. An RV systems estimate carries a $150 charge that is credited against the repair if the work is authorized. In depth diagnostics bill a one hour minimum at $285 per hour, also credited. Those charges pay for the technician time it takes to reach an honest number.

Teardown changes estimates, and a customer should expect that. Once a damaged panel is removed, hidden structure becomes visible. Rot behind a sidewall, a cracked frame outrigger, or a corroded wiring harness cannot be priced through paint. When teardown reveals additional work, the shop writes a supplement, explains what was found, and waits for authorization before continuing. Deposits follow the posted structure: 50 percent at authorization above $2,000, an additional 25 percent when parts arrive above $10,000, and a 3.5 percent surcharge on card payments above $1,000. Special order parts require a 100 percent non refundable deposit.

## Scheduling and Turnaround Statements

Turnaround figures on this site are planning ranges. They describe how long a job of a given type usually occupies a bay once it starts, under normal conditions, with parts on hand. They are offered so a reader can plan a trip or a season around the work. They are not commitments to a delivery date. A date becomes real only when it is written on an authorized repair order after the vehicle is in the shop and the scope is settled.

Parts lead time is the single largest variable, and it sits outside what the shop controls. A coach sidewall panel, a discontinued window frame, or a chassis specific control module can take weeks to arrive. Insurance approval timing adds another variable when a claim is involved. The shop reports delays as they happen rather than letting a promised date slide quietly. A reader planning around a published range should build slack into that plan and confirm current conditions before committing to travel.

## Site Content, Ownership, and Acceptable Use

The text, page structure, photography, diagrams, and price tables on this site are the work of OCRV Center and are protected by copyright. Reading them, printing a page for personal reference, quoting a short passage with attribution and a link, or sending a page to an adjuster are all fine. Copying pages wholesale onto another website, rewriting them lightly to pass as original content, or feeding them into a scraper that republishes them under another name are not.

Automated access has limits. Ordinary search engine crawling is welcome. Bulk automated requests that hammer the server, scripted submission of the contact form, attempts to probe for administrative paths, and any effort to interfere with how the site serves other visitors are not permitted. The hosting platform rate limits and blocks traffic that behaves that way. Names of vehicle manufacturers and component brands appear on this site to describe what the shop works on, and those marks belong to their owners.

- Read, print, and share pages for personal or claim related use.
- Quote a short passage with attribution and a link back to the source page.
- Do not republish page text or price tables on another site.
- Do not run bulk automated requests or scripted form submissions.
- Do not attempt to reach administrative paths or interfere with service to other visitors.

## Links to Other Websites

A few pages link outward, usually to a manufacturer technical bulletin, a state agency page, or a mapping service. Those destinations belong to other organizations. The shop does not control what they publish, how they handle visitor data, or whether a link still points where it once did. Following an outbound link means leaving this site and entering the terms and privacy practices of another organization. A reader should read those on arrival rather than assuming they match the ones here.

An outbound link is a pointer, not an endorsement. Linking to a carrier claim portal does not mean the shop has an agreement with that carrier. Linking to a manufacturer document does not mean the shop is authorized by that manufacturer. If a link is broken or points somewhere unexpected, an email to info@ocrvcenter.com describing the page and the link will get it checked and corrected. Broken links are treated as a content defect and fixed in the ordinary course.

## Limits on Liability for Informational Content

The shop writes this site carefully and corrects errors when they surface. Even so, information published for a general audience can be wrong for a specific vehicle. A reader who acts on a page without having the vehicle inspected accepts that risk. To the fullest extent California law allows, OCRV Center is not liable for loss that follows from reliance on informational content here, including a budget built from a published range, a schedule built from a planning estimate, or a repair attempted elsewhere based on a described procedure.

This limit covers the website and the information on it. It says nothing about the repair work itself. What the shop stands behind on an authorized repair is set out on the repair order and at the counter, and those terms are separate from these. Nothing here limits any right a consumer holds under California law that cannot be limited by agreement. Where a court finds part of this section unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

## Governing Law, Venue, and Updates to These Terms

California law governs these terms and any dispute about the site, without regard to conflict of law rules. The shop operates in Yorba Linda, and venue for any action sits in the state or federal courts serving the county where the shop operates. A customer who lives in Eastvale or anywhere else in Riverside County is not giving up any consumer right by reading this site. This clause fixes where a disagreement is heard, nothing more.

Most disagreements about a repair get solved at the counter, and the shop prefers that route. Anyone with a concern should write to info@ocrvcenter.com and describe it plainly. The shop reads every message and responds. Formal process is a last resort for both sides. These terms are reviewed periodically and the current version is the one published on this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the revised text, so a reader with an ongoing matter should check back.
