Shop Statistics
35,000 square feet of covered floor, 6 published figures, four posted labor rates and roughly twenty miles between this market and the building. Every number on this page comes from OCRV Center records rather than from an industry survey, and each one is stated with what it does and does not mean.

A short list is the honest length
Most shop statistics pages run to twenty or thirty figures, and most of those figures are unverifiable. Satisfaction percentages with no survey instrument behind them. Vehicles serviced counts with no definition of what counts as a vehicle serviced. Years in business figures that quietly include a predecessor entity. Average turnaround claims that average across job types nobody would compare. Numbers like those exist to occupy space on a page rather than to inform a decision.
The list above is short because it contains only figures the shop can actually substantiate from its own records. Square footage is measurable. The rate sheet is published and does not change based on who is asking. The categories served are the categories that have pages on this site, each with the work described. The distance from this market is a route somebody can drive. The operating schedule is the posted schedule. None of that requires a reader to take anything on faith.
Two categories of figure are deliberately absent. The first is anything resembling a star average or an aggregate score. Review count is stated elsewhere on the site as a count and nothing more, because a computed average presented by the business being reviewed is not a statistic. The second is any figure about individual technicians, their tenure or their certifications, because this site publishes departments and roles rather than people.
What follows is the context that turns each figure into something useful. A number without an explanation of what it measures is decoration, and decoration is not what a reference page is for.
What each number actually tells you
Floor area matters on these vehicles in a way it does not in automotive work. A forty three foot coach with both slides extended needs clearance on all four sides before a technician can work around it, and a paint booth that accepts that length is a different building than one sized for passenger vehicles. Thirty five thousand square feet under one roof means structural work, laminate work, refinish, systems, interior and final delivery all happen in the same building without the unit being shuttled between subcontractors. That is a schedule benefit more than a capacity one, because every handoff between facilities costs days.
Seven vehicle categories describes scope rather than volume. It means the shop has written procedures and bay configurations for motorhomes, campers and truck campers, towable trailers, vans, commercial units, municipal fleets and specialty builds. A shop covering three categories is not worse. It is narrower, and if the vehicle sits inside its three, that focus can be an advantage.
The four posted rates are the figure most worth checking against other shops, because almost nobody in this segment publishes one. The rate is not the price. The hours are the price. A shop quoting a lower rate and more hours can easily be more expensive than a shop quoting a higher rate and fewer, which is why the rate sheet and the hour bands are published together rather than separately.
Twenty miles is a real constraint on how an owner plans a repair. It is a drive of roughly 25 to 35 minutes by way of SR-71 south to SR-91 west, then Weir Canyon Road, or Green River Road when the 91 is heavy, and it is the reason authorization, supplements and payment are all handled without requiring a visit. Only drop off and pickup need the vehicle. An owner who has to appear in person five times for a six week repair has effectively paid for the repair twice in time.
Six operating days per week is a scheduling figure rather than a capacity one. Saturday hours exist because a working owner cannot always take a weekday morning to move a forty foot unit, and a Saturday drop off means a job starts Monday rather than the following week. Sunday is closed, so a Sunday arrival has nowhere to go.
