01How long does motorhome body work usually take?

Turnaround follows the depth of the repair rather than the length of the coach. A single bay door, a seal, or a small gelcoat chip closes inside a few days. A cracked front cap with structural repair behind it runs two to four weeks. Full body refinish, cap replacement or water intrusion that reaches the floor moves into the four to ten week band, and total rebuilds run longer.

02Do you handle insurance claims on motorhomes?

Yes. Collision estimates are complimentary and walk ins with an open claim are welcome. Adjusters on RV losses often write a first estimate from photographs, which almost always misses laminated wall damage and hidden framing. Supplements get documented with teardown photos, substrate moisture readings and framing detail so the carrier sees what actually failed rather than what was visible from the parking lot.

03Can a motorhome be repaired if the house body is bent but the chassis is straight?

Often yes. The house structure is aluminum or steel tube framing attached to the chassis rails through outriggers and bolt plates. A house body can rack while the rails stay within tolerance. Measurements come first, then the sequence is framing repair, substrate replacement, skin bonding and refinish. If the rails themselves moved, chassis alignment happens before any panel goes back on.

04What is the scope limit on motorhome repair here?

Scope is body, paint, structural, fiberglass, interior and vehicle systems including twelve volt, one hundred twenty volt, generators, appliances and heating and cooling. Engine rebuilds, transmission rebuilds and drivetrain work are not performed. Everything happens in shop at the Yorba Linda facility, so the coach needs to be drivable or towable to the building before work can start.
