Stage Four and Five: Structural Correction and Rebuild
Structural work comes before anything cosmetic, always. Frame rails, subframe outriggers, cage framing and slide opening structure get measured against reference dimensions and pulled, replaced or reinforced until they return to specification. This is the part of the repair that determines whether doors close, slides seal and the vehicle tracks straight, and it is also the part that becomes impossible to correct once the skin is back on.

Stage Six and Seven: Refinishing and Reassembly

Stage Eight and Nine: Function Testing and Delivery
Nothing leaves on the strength of looking finished. Slides get cycled through full travel and checked for seal contact along their whole perimeter. Doors and compartment doors get opened and closed and adjusted until gaps are even. Every twelve volt and shore power circuit that was disturbed gets loaded and verified. Water systems get pressurized and inspected for leaks. On coaches with roof work, a controlled water test confirms the repair before the vehicle is released.
Delivery includes the document set: the final invoice, the photographic record from every stage, part invoices, the measurement documentation and the supplement history.
