Commercial trucks come in for damage that a passenger vehicle would never accumulate. Roll up doors that have been forced closed on a load. Box corners crushed against a dock. Rear frames bent by a lift gate operated beyond its rating. Cargo floors worn through where pallets drag. Side panels scraped along the whole length by a gate post. None of this is glamorous work and all of it takes a vehicle out of revenue service, which is the part that matters most to whoever owns it.
The scope here is worth stating plainly and early. This is a body, paint, structural and equipment shop. Structural Work on Commercial Chassis
Structural repair on a truck means the frame rails, crossmembers, outriggers and the mounting between the chassis and whatever is bolted to it. A rear impact loads the frame extension and the body mounts. A side impact can twist the frame enough that the box no longer sits square, which shows up as a door that binds rather than as anything visibly bent. Measurement against reference dimensions is the only reliable way to know.
Body mount hardware deserves particular attention because it is designed to allow controlled movement between a flexing frame and a rigid box. When mounts wear or shear, the box begins taking load it was never meant to carry and it cracks at the corners. Replacing mounts and restoring correct torque is often the actual fix for a box that keeps developing the same crack in the same place after repeated cosmetic repairs.

Refinishing, Livery and Fleet Appearance
A work truck is a moving advertisement, which makes refinish quality a business decision rather than a vanity one. Fleet color consistency matters across vehicles, not only across a panel, so matching gets done against the fleet standard where one is documented. Box sides are large flat surfaces that show every defect, so blocking discipline matters as much here as it does on a recreational vehicle sidewall.
Livery is usually vinyl, occasionally paint.
