Who We Help / Commercial
RV Rental Companies
RV rental companies operate coaches as revenue equipment. Every day a unit sits in a repair bay is a day it cannot be booked, so their priority is fast, documented, repeatable turnaround on the specific damage renters produce, plus a clean record of condition between one rental and the next.

Rental damage has a signature. Awning arms bent by someone who forgot to retract. Roof strikes from a low canopy. Interior burns, tears and broken latches. Body scrapes at exactly the height of a concrete bollard. It repeats across the fleet because renters make the same mistakes in the same places, which makes the work predictable and therefore schedulable. Predictable work can be pre ordered, pre scoped and slotted, which is where the turnaround gains actually come from.
Predictable work should be quoted predictably. We keep records on repeat operations across a fleet so a rental operator gets consistent pricing and a consistent hour count rather than a fresh negotiation each time. That also matters when damage gets charged back to a renter or claimed against a damage waiver, because a consistent record is a defensible one. Inconsistent pricing on identical damage is the fastest way to lose a charge back discussion with a renter.
All work happens in shop at Yorba Linda, roughly twenty miles from Eastvale by SR-71 and SR-91. We handle body, fiberglass, paint, graphics, interior and detail in house, which keeps a unit in one place instead of moving between vendors while the booking calendar empties. Operators send units through on both incident and scheduled reconditioning cycles, and paperwork is organized per unit so a fleet with several vehicles in progress can still reconcile each one independently.
Turnaround Is the Product
For a rental operator, repair quality and repair speed are not competing priorities, they are the same priority expressed twice. A unit repaired badly comes back. A unit repaired slowly never left. We schedule rental work against booking dates where we are given them, and we say clearly at intake whether a requested date is achievable rather than agreeing and then explaining later. An honest no on a date is more useful than an optimistic yes.
Most rental damage sits in the shorter turnaround tiers: seals, small fiberglass, single panel work, spot refinish, awning and appliance repair, all in the one to eight day range. Multi panel collision and interior sections move into the two to four week tier. Knowing which tier a unit falls into on the day it arrives is what lets an operator manage the calendar rather than react to it. Tier assignment happens at intake.
Condition Documentation Between Renters
Damage disputes are won or lost on records that either exist or do not. We photograph every unit on arrival in a consistent sequence and again at delivery, and we log preexisting damage separately from the damage being repaired so the two never get conflated. That record travels with the invoice, which gives the operator something concrete when a charge back or a waiver claim is questioned. We record the condition. We do not assign responsibility for it.
Inspection and evaluation is a standalone service for exactly this reason. Between rental cycles a documented condition report establishes a baseline, and a baseline is what makes the next dispute short. It also catches the seal that is about to fail or the sealant joint that is opening, which is considerably cheaper to address in a scheduled slot than during a booked week. Catching a failing sealant joint between rentals costs a fraction of catching it afterward.
For fleets running multiple units through at once, documentation is organized per unit number rather than per visit. Invoices, photographs and completion notes are packaged so an operator can reconcile several vehicles without pulling apart a single combined statement. That formatting sounds like a small thing and it is the difference between paperwork that gets paid promptly and paperwork that sits. Formatting to the account structure at setup takes one conversation and saves a great many later.
- Consistent arrival and delivery photograph sequences
- Preexisting damage logged separately from claimed damage
- Condition reports usable for charge back documentation
- Per unit invoicing and completion packages
- Repeat operation pricing held consistent across the fleet
Graphics, Livery and Fleet Consistency
Rental fleets carry branding, and branding has to match across units or the fleet looks tired. Decal and graphics replacement, spot repair and blend matching, and full repaints all sit within our scope, and we keep color and graphic specifications on file per account so the fifth unit matches the first. Blending into adjacent panels is written into the estimate where the finish demands it, with the reasoning attached. A visible repair line is an unfinished job.
Interior presentation matters as much as exterior on a rental. Upholstery repair, panel replacement and full detailing return a unit to a condition that photographs well and reads as cared for. Detail labor bills at the posted rate of ninety five dollars per hour, and a full detail sits in a defined price band, so an operator can budget a reconditioning cycle rather than guessing at it. Interiors photograph as well as exteriors sell.
